The work we do

We will conduct day to day reactive maintenance, minor works projects and major refurbishment programmes in the residential sector.

From decorating flats, changing hallway carpets, installing bathrooms, conducting gutter PPM’s all the way round to out of hours break ins, our clients can come to us for the full range of services. We conduct all works for our clients day to day maintenance needs in-house with trained and professional operatives, through to the inhouse provision of larger and more specialist equipment for those tricker jobs, be it drainage tankers, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, we have it all ready 24/7 to work around the tenants needs.
